- Fill in the application form you can find it here.

- Attach a copy of your Qatari ID, a copy of your passport (with the visa page) and a copy of the applicant's passport.

- Attach an official letter issued by the entity that you work for and clarify your salary and your position in the company.

- Attach copies of your marriage certificate / birth certificate (as required) to demonstrate your relationship with the applicant.

- Attach a copy of your lease as a document proving the residence of the applicant while in Qatar. If you are under the sponsorship of your wife / husband and the lease was on behalf of your spouse, you must provide a copy of the marriage certificate to prove the relationship.

- Bring at least 8 personal photos (the size of the pictures used in the passport) for each applicant; most applicants need at least 6 personal photos during their visa application process.

- Submit the application to the Ministry of Interior's main Immigration and Passports Office.

-The visa application will be considered, and if the required documents are met and the system allows for that, a visit visa will be issued for your wife and children.
