- You should contact the WhatsApp technical support team by email (Support@Whatsapp.com) by sending a message from your email and explaining the problem you have, and ask to unblock your account.
** Or you can contact the WhatsApp technical support team through the application itself by following these steps:
-Put your phone number and choose your country

- click on support button

- write your number 
- Then write the following message
- My whatsapp number has been banned please activate my number
- then press on Next
  
** Then wait for whatsapp to reply, and (uninstall) and Reinstall again whatsapp
