According to the given information, I would like to inform you that there is no program of immigration to Switzerland as in some other countries which are famous of their immigration program such as Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Therefore, first you should obtain entry visa to Switzerland , then resident permit. As for how to get the visa, it is included in the following cases:

We would like to inform you that if you want to go to Switzerland then you have to review the Swiss embassy where you reside and apply for visa and attach the following documents:
1. A copy of your valid passport for at least six months.
2. Personal photo as the passport photos.
3. A bank statement to guarantee the expenses of residence duration there.
4. Hotel Reservations “ ticket”
5. Air tickets “ round trip “
6. Health Insurance.
7. A certificate of Good Conduct.
8. Provide you valid residence for at least 3 months.
9. Provide the employer NOC.
10. Pay the fees and wait for the reply whether you are accepted or not.
