Hi I have been having severe headache neck pain that I can't even turn maybe I turn with my whole body and I sore on my mouth that keeps on disappearing and coming back? what can be the problem?

What is the appropriate treatment of your condition?
First of all, it's recommended to see your family doctor to assess your condition. In case you have muscle spasm, then muscle relaxant such as Balgesic tablets one tab three times a day for 5 days should be taken. Also Cataflam 500mg twice aday should be taken as a pain releiver. It's also recommended to take enough sleep for at least 8 hours in the evening with the use of comfortable pillows to avoid neck problems.
Diagnosis:
History taking and clinical examination to be done by the doctor. Complete blood test to rule out anemia, x-ray image and CT scan of the head and neck to exclude any abnormalities in the head and neck.

- Disc prolapse in neck
- Lack of sleep
