Hello sir my name is and am from nepal.i was caught by Dubai police in July 2022 in drug case nothing was found from me just I was positive in urine test and they released me after 2 days and told me that I will receive a message and to follow that I never received any message and as I was working also I worked till today and next month I am going vacation but as my fren who was also caught sometime ago called me from jail and told me that I also had a case and due to some reason it never came to fone and while travelling back to Nepal you will be caught in the airport so I hired a lawyer and told her my case and she charged me some money and told me today that u had been deported to Nepal.after panic attack and everything now I want to ask a question that while going if I have my own ticket and with full luggage will I be directly send to my home country or I have to serve jail sentence before leaving ?? Please will be very very thankful for your answer

It was against me and I came also to know that the fine was 30000 aedSo what U think I have to face the jail sentence too before being deported no? As no way I am able to pay the fine but as it was my first and last time in this case as it was just cause of my wrong circle because neither I m drug dealer or the addict so I want to appeal in the court against my deportation as I don't want to leave uae in that manner and I have a good job and have my future over here. The judgement where I missed my hearing only because I didn't receive any msg from the court in my number was made on August 2022 a near ago so what U think I can appeal on the court against my deportation and win against it and recude the fine amount to any I can pay . Please reply thankful and appreciate to your replies

I have already consult a lawyer and she told me she might took you to jail for 3 4 days and than she can appeal for bail and we can appeal to stop my deportation and decrease the fine from 30000 to the amount I can pay as till now I shared U theprogres what do U think will I end up in jail or not?? Please be honest and as I told U it's my first and last time with that substance and I haven't future over here working bgood and earning just enough so don't want to be deportedthank you

Innocence like I said I earlier nth was found from me not even a pinch of salt or something and m not like an addict I have a job and that day I was in bad place in bad time with bad people that's it so as per my lawyer she assured me she ll defend me cause if I had done something wrong than I would not been outside for a year when my judgement had been decided in August 22 and now it's 23 so what U think my appeal will be heared in my favour or not and about the innocence neither I m the drug peddler not the hardcore user so

As I told U nothing was found from me if I appeal in the court will I be listened and my deportation will be stopped or they will deport me anyway.?? What are the chances???

I was just in bad place in bad time with bad people and I was positive in urine test and as I didn't knew anything about my hearing and all cause I didn't get the message and it's already been one year what are my chances??

And lastly as U mentioned above if the guilty is not proven in my case the fine of 30000 and deportation had been ruled by the judge so now I m appealing so that fine can be brought down into the amount I can pay as 30000 I can never pay and also it was my first and last time with that shit so that they can halt my deportation.so my chances are high Ni that everything will be alright
