In this case, a deportation decision may have been issued against you, and the foreigner who was previously administratively deported from the country may not return to it except after obtaining special permission from the Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship
The application for obtaining the special permission referred to above shall be submitted to the Entry and Residence Permits Department at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in each emirate, provided that the application includes all data related to the residence or previous residences in the country, the reasons for deportation, and the circumstances that occurred after it, and that may justify the permit to enter the country again. All necessary supporting documents in this regard shall be attached to the application.
