* Looking for help in this case regarding unfair dismissal.Officials of the Institute Even 5 days before the end of my probationary period, I was praised by the heads of the institute.I wasinvited to the HR office and when I got there I was asked to sit down.For almost 2 hours no matter was presented to me and Iwas wondering why I was invited.During that period, the director and manager of my department went back and forth with thehuman resource manager and engaged in private discussions several times.But to my surprise and distress, he presented mewith a letter of dismissal asking me to come inside the office.I suspected that there was some kind of conspiracy.Even though Iwas forced to sign the document several times, I said that it was unfair and that I wanted to request an investigation report fromthe headquarters and that I would seek the assistance of the Labor Court. An e-mail was sent to me from the headquarters located in Singapore expressing interest in the investigation and asking me tosubmit the information of the company where I am currently working.Last July 12th I was asked to come to the office as a HRDirector had arrived.Although I participated in the investigations, but the day before that, on July 11, the Human ResourcesManager here knew that the investigations were being conducted by the headquarters and that I was awaiting the assistance ofthe Labor Court, but my visa had been cancelled. That day I asked for a visa cancellation form and they refused to give it to me.On 13th July I went to tasheel open to file acomplaint. From 13th to today I went to tasheel collect confirmed three time that some staff members are not giving correct information,Ithing during busy times ie this new August. My visa expires today (9 august 2023)and I went to the my company this month(3RD Of August ) to get a new tourist visa or findnew employer and was asked to hand over my passport.Then manager told me that they are completing the final clearance dowork first. Tried to contact the Labour court again last night.The phone call was able to connect After that, I was informed that my name, phone number and unfair dismissal were to be filed against the company.Then the call was disconnected as soon as he startedto explain the facts. It was a challenge for me to put money in my phone again after 3 days without any money for food andonly drinking water. The current situation is >have no place to stay and no facility to get food and I am facing severe hardships. Not only me but also my dependent who trusts me, my wife who is a 7 months pregnant mother who is under pressure and isunder pressure, is physically and mentally stressed as she is unable to attend hospital work and get proper food and medicine. have no place to stay and no facility to get food and I am facing severe hardships. Also, my mother, who is a cancer patient, who is facing the worst condition of cancer, is helpless because her hospital cannoteven provide food and medicine. She has also been hospitalized for 2 surgeries. ( I can prove the truth of these facts in writing and by submitting documents.)1) I'm now confused and trying to searching how to solving this problem and what should I do in this situation ?2) Will there be time for me to find a job or any relief process by the UAE government or the Ministry of Human Resources?In the midst of economic difficulties, I am an honest worker who has come here to work in the country, trusting in the UnitedArab Emirates due to the reasons of family welfare, safety, and improving the level of employment. Unfairly dismissed in UAE and immigrant visa canceled by employer without notice and hold passport and won't allow me to get new visa status, what should I do?
