Diagnosis :  
By taking full medical history and clinical examination from the gyne& obs doctor. CBC to check for infection. urine analysis to rule out UTI.  Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to rule out other problems such endometriosis in female or prostate enlargement in male. Semen analysis to rule out prostatitis.
