What about your result ?
Well, it's illogical to have a triglyceride test of about 1000, then after 5 days it's 280. It seems that the first number is mostly wrong.
What is the treatment of high cholesterol/triglyceride in the blood?
High cholesterol or triglyceride in the blood carries the risk of angina, heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke. Therefore, reducing cholesterol in the blood is an important issue right now. Initially, it's recommended to make some changes in your lifestyle and start to follow a healthy diet regimen which is free of saturated fats and replace them with healthy fats that are found in fish, olive oil, chia seeds and omega-3. It should also be noted the importance of exercise, as it has an important effect in reducing harmful cholesterol in the body. Moreover, one of the treatment options used to lower blood cholesterol levels is statin group, such as Atrovostatin 10mg daily before bedtime.
Diagnosis:
This is done by making a lipid profile, which includes abnormal values such as total cholesterol greater than 200, triglycerides greater than 150, LDL greater than 100 and HDL less than 45.
What causes high blood triglyceride?
1. Obesity
2. Genetic causes
3. Excessive consumption of fatty meals
4. Diabetes
5. Smoking and stress
6. Lack of exercise
7. Others

It's recommended to follow the advices that has been mentioned before as well as to see an internist.
