We would like to inform you that you can travel and work in the UAE under the following conditions:
• Possession of a passport valid for six months
• Obtaining a work contract in one of the entities in the UAE
• There shall be no deportation issued against you in the UAE
• Security approval from the UAE authorities for your entry to work
• Passing the medical examination scheduled for travel to work in the Emirates
Whereas, the first article of the executive regulations of the Federal Law of Entry and Residence of Foreigners stipulates that:
For a foreigner to enter the country, the following must be met:
A- That he has a valid passport or travel document to enter the country and return to the country in which he resides or from which the passport or document was issued.
B - The validity period of the passport or travel document for those who do not have a residence permit shall not be less than six months. As for those who are transiting and arriving under special permissions or for a visit or mission, the validity period of the passport or document shall not be less than three months.
C- That he has a valid permit, entry visa, or residence permit in accordance with the conditions prescribed by law.
d- That he has a ticket to continue his journey or a return ticket, to allow him to enter the country under a transit visa or for a mission.
