You can obtain an Ireland visa through the UAE visa center. Go to the Irish Naturalization and Immigration Service to fill out the visa online.
Print the completed form, and bring it with you to the Visa Application Center for submission.
Once you have filled out the visa form, you need to book an appointment to have your fingerprints and photo taken at the Visa Application Centre, this is known as 'Biometric Information'.
After booking your appointment, you will receive an appointment confirmation email with an appointment letter.
If you are part of a family or group, you will have to book individual appointments for each family member or group.
