We would like to inform you that if you want to travel to Canada to work, in this case, a prior visa must be obtained, and the matter is by reviewing the embassy and applying for a visa, bearing in mind that a work visa requires obtaining a prior work contract. 

 The following are the general conditions and requirements for a work visa as below:

 1- The passport must be valid for at least six months

 2- Clear personal photos, such as the one affixed to the passport.

 3- Submitting a bank statement showing the account movement for the last three months to guarantee expenses in case of travel.

 4- Submitting round trip flight reservations.

 5- Submit hotel reservation

 6- Submitting a health insurance document.

 7- Obtaining a work contract from an employer in Canada

 8- Pay the prescribed fees.

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that Libyan can temporarily obtain a Canadian visa through the Canadian Embassy in Tunisia by submitting the following documents to obtain the visa:
- valid travel document, such as a passport
-Convince immigration officials that you have links - like work, home, financial assets, or family - that you will back to your country
-convince the immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit
- enough money for your stay.
-The amount of money will depends on how long you spend, and whether you will be staying at a hotel, friends or relatives.
- Medical examination and a letter of invitation from someone living in Canada.
-A recent bank statement

-a hotel reservation
- booking tickets to go and return
- employer's approval indicating all your data or a commercial record or a certificate of it for the employers
