My friend took Emirates ID from me now it is not...

We would like to inform you that you shall file a report against your friend at the concerned police station and prove that, in order to take the necessary action against your friend who took the ID card.  You shall also visit the nearest Customer Happiness Center affiliated with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to report that incident, and request a new card having the same fixed identity number.  The Authority will deactivate the card in your friend’s possession, and issue you a stamped certificate bearing the ID number.
