Hi I'm working in company from last 8 years now...

We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Residence Law, before changing the visa or the work, you must get the approval from the employer, in other words, you have to get NOC from the employer and you must have worked with the employer for more than a year. If you match the above conditions then you can change the visa, otherwise, you can't and you have to complete the contract period to be able to do so.
The worker was given the right to leave the work without notice to the employer, according to Article (48) for the worker to terminate the work contract without notice with his entitlement to end-of-service gratuity in any of the following cases:
a- If the employer does not abide by the provisions of the contract or the provisions of the law.
b- If he was assaulted by the employer or his representative, or at the instigation of any of them.
c- If his continuation of work threatens his safety or health pursuant to a decision of the Medical Arbitration Committee at the Ministry of Health.
d- If the employer or his representative entered fraud or fraud at the time of the contract with regard to the work conditions.
e- If the employer accuses him of committing a criminal act and he is finally acquitted.
f- If the employer or his representative commits an immoral act against the worker.
