My case has been rejected from supreme court of case of divorce file by my wife as on 12 October 2022. Till now I have paid her 62400. But many things regarding have not taken count as divorce maintaince has been taken into count since 2018 whereas we were there till may 2020 together and also have got proof of travel ticket we travelled together and also what's up messages of me visiting her house. The divorce was only 1 sided my summons nothing was done told also in supreme court my salary is only 8625 till now have paid 62400 pending amt is 68000. A person of my salary cannot pay entire money in one shot can this amt pending be reduced to a certain extent if apply again. The divorce maintenance also to be reduced. Kindly advice.
