hello sir my name is kifayat im living in uae...
hello sir my name is kifayat im living in uae after 1 months ago i got fine from red signal but i can't do this ...its time maybe 4 Am and no one in road side by side ..of course midnight no one on road i stop my car on signal then the signal green i go for my way camra flash on maybe fault but i ignor after one week fine and 12 black also come to me and i request to Uae Government i never ever to do that i m innocent and also poor plz clear this all thing for me
