It is always fine to scold oneself as a result of a wrong situation we have committed, but it is important for you to know that the scolding of your conscience must be in a reasonable manner that not lead you to destroy or exhaust yourself. Also, try to reconsider what you are doing with yourself and do your best for adjusting your view of yourself and boosting your self-confidence so as not to collapse and exhaust yourself psychologically. It should be noted that positive self-accountability is that you hold yourself accountable for mistakes by learning from them and not repeating them, because you are still alive and you have a mind to think with. Moreover, make sure that you strengthen your religious motives, and in order to get rid of the anxiety and internal tension that pushes you towards a lack of psychological stability, and do deep breathing and relaxation exercises, since h they give you feelings of comfort and reassurance.
