It is necessary to settle and pay the check values to the plaintiff in any way, and to prove this before the police until the release is cleared.
The Federal Penal Code stipulates that a person who gives in bad faith a check (a check) that does not have a sufficient standing fee that is able to be withdraw shall be punished with imprisonment or a fine, or after giving him the check, he or she recovered all or part of the consideration so that the remainder does not meet the value of the check or the drawee’s order not to cash it or he had intentionally drawn it or signed it in a way that would prevent it from being spent, and the same penalty shall be imposed on anyone who appears to others or delivers him a check to its bearer knowing that the instrument has no standing equivalent to its value or that it is not subject to withdrawal and the penal lawsuit shall lapse if payment or assignment is made after the occurrence of the crime and before the final ruling thereon.
If this occurs after the judgment has become final, its implementation shall be suspended, and if the court orders the withdrawal of the check book from the convicted person and preventing him from giving him new books according to Article (643) of the Commercial Transactions Law, the Public Prosecution shall inform this matter to the Central Bank to circulate it to all banks.
