Hello ! I wanna know if a women can be pregnant without penetration,if only a sperms comes on the pussy , my period is late 26 days it can be because my diet becomes different or because stress ?

how pregnancy happen
Pregnancy occure in case sperm reached an ovum in the period of ovulation while the ovum is still alive to fertilize it in the uterus , its possible in case of ejaculation in the labia or outer vagina so you must do pregnancy testing to be sure especially with missed period.
investigations
after proper physical exam, CBC should be done to look for anemia, Urine pregnancy test or serum pregnancy testing will diagnose pregnancy if it happend

vomting
lower abdominal pain
