We would like inform you if that the birth took place in a government hospital, the birth certificate is issued directly from the hospital. While if the birth took place in a private hospital, the parents shall apply for a birth certificate to the Ministry of Health or the Health Authority in the emirate of residence, along with the birth notification and the documents mentioned above that are required to open a file.
