I need an effective medicine for infections, vaginally rashes that turn to sore

What is the treatment
Vaginal infections are so common that affect most of women at the childbearing age and when there is sore lesions in the vulva that indicate herpes infection that occure in the shape of fluid filled vesicles and should be treated using Acyclovir 800 mg tab 4 times a day in addition to the use of local cream containing Acyclovir cream three times a day. In cases where there is erythema and itching its propably candida infection that associated with whitish discharge and should be treated using Miconazol cream twice daily or Nystatin vaginal supp once daily. Consult gynecologist for further follow up.
Investigations
Physical exam is adequate to make the diagnsis.
