We would like to inform you that customary marriage is a marriage that takes place between two people without registering it in the official authorities in which it is supposed to be registered. It is not recognized in the country except from the date of its registration and does not entail any rights or duties between the spouses unless it is registered.

Dear asker,
Marriage is legally permissible if the requirements are met as the woman’s guardian and two witnesses, even if it is not registered in court, but it shall be registered to guarantee their rights.
