I have problem with my left eye suddenly i wakeup i got pain from last tow days Is there anything important in the medical history that the doctor should know? I go to the pharmacy and explain to him he gave me eye drops Alcon and perofen 400 mg coated tablets

Treatment of pain in the eye?
Well, first of all the treatment depends on the cause. So it's recommended to see the ophthalmologist for assessment of your condition. Right now you can get some analgesic such as Ibuprofen 600mg 2-3 times a day in order to reduce the pain. In case you have infection, then antibiotic will be recommended. Furthermore, you should avoid sunlight exposure till the diagnosis becomes clear.

Diagnosis?
History and physical examination should be done by the ophthalmologist. Opthalmoscope can also be used
