Hello sir, I want to ask In Bahrain sunni law if a husband divorce is rigistered by his wife in the court and the judge says its a divorce. The what are the rights of divorced mother and her children in Bahrain according to sunni law ?

Please be kindly be informed that if a judgment is issued for the divorce of the spouses and there are four children, the rights of the custodian and the children result from the divorce are as follows:
1- The divorced woman has the right to reside in the marital home with her young children whose custody period for her has not ended, until her ex-husband prepares for her a suitable custody home, as the custody of women ends when the male reaches fifteen years of age, and for the female until she marries and the husband enters with her, or she deserves the incubator that she has A dwelling or the one who chose the rent instead of housing her with the fostered child, a housing fee estimated by agreement or jurisprudence
2- A claim for child support can be filed against their father until the girl gets married and until the son reaches the amount earnings like him.
3- The divorced woman has the right to file a lawsuit against her ex-husband to claim the alimony for the waiting period, the alimony for pleasure, and the delayed dowry
This is according to the provisions of the Bahraini Personal Status Law, which are related to the Sunni sect, as follows:
Article (62)
a) The maintenance of a young boy who has no money is obligatory on his father until the girl gets married and until the son reaches the level where he earns like him.
b) Alimony for an adult child who is unable to earn a living due to a disability or otherwise is obligatory on his father if he does not have money from which he can spend.
c) Alimony for the daughter returns to her well-to-do father or to someone else who is obligated to support her if she is divorced or her husband dies, unless she has money that can be spent on her.
d) If the child's money does not meet his maintenance, he must obligate his father to complete it.
e) The child's maintenance is obligatory on his well-to-do mother if the father or the paternal grandfather is lost, or if they are unable to support him.
Article (91)
A) The custodian who has no home may live with the fostered child in the previous marital dwelling until the father of the fostered child prepares a separate and suitable residence for the custodian to stay with the fostered child throughout the custody period. of this law.
b) According to the Sunni jurisprudence, the female custodian who has housing or who chooses the rent instead of housing her with the fostered child is entitled to a housing rent estimated by agreement or jurisprudence, taking into account Articles (47) and (63) of this law.
 
2) According to the Jaafari jurisprudence, he is given the option of joining whomever of his parents he wants when the female reaches the age of nine and the male reaches the age of fifteen with their adulthood.
 
Article (119)
a) No waiting period for a divorced woman before consummation.
b) Iddah of a divorced woman who is pregnant by giving birth.
c) The wife of the missing person shall observe the waiting period for the death, taking into account the provisions of Article (108) of this law.
d) Iddah of non-pregnant women:
1) According to Sunni jurisprudence:
a) Three full menstrual cycles for menstruating women, without counting the menstruation during which the divorce took place.
b) Three lunar months for those who did not menstruate at all, or have given up menstruation.
c) The lesser of the two terms is three menstrual cycles or a year for the suspicious woman whose menstruation stopped before menopause.
2) According to the Jaafari jurisprudence:
a) Three periods of purity for menstruating women, which ends with seeing the blood of the third menstrual period.
b) There is no waiting period for the minor or the desperate.
c) Three months for a woman who has stopped menstruating and is at the age of menstruation

Even after the period of iddah the husband didn't took me back I went for the rigistration of divorce to the court in bahrani sunni sharia and the judge said that I am divorced and husband can not have me untill he remarried me with new mehar because he has only now one last chance of talaq... After this is wife eligible to depend on her divorced husband money for her personal uses?
