What is the treatment of balanitis
balanitis is an infectious process that occur at the tip of penis while the penis became swallowen and red with whitish discharge from its surrounding, its treated using Miconazol cream twice daily in addition to keeping the place dry and clean, consult dermatologist for further follow up
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for infection , swab culture to look for bacterial and fungal causes
