Hi sir, earlier I asked a question that my brother had a road accident in Qatar due to which he died and the criminal who was hit by the car and died has been caught by the police. The question is whether the criminal has been arrested after investigating the police complaint filed by my brother's company in the police station. My brother's company registered and got caught.The second question is that the police say they are not getting a date from the public prosecution and after arresting the criminal, the direct case goes to public prosecution and what is the function of public prosecution in this matter.
