I have complaint to company in labour case and I...
I have complaint to company in labour case and I am waiting for hearing. Now if I cancelled by case how much time it take and can I go home country without telling company. Is there any problems in immigration or not. My passport was with me. So can I travel to my country or not??? Thanks in advance

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if there is a case against the employer in the court and the work contract hasn’t finished yet, then you can’t travel unless you get NOC. That document is required in the Passports Counter to allow you to leave. But if the work contract finished then you can leave, but for the case you may follow one of the below procedures:
· Waive the case and finish it.
· Or hire a lawyer to handle and follow the case till you get a verdict for your side.
