Passport complain

We would like to inform you that the passport belongs to its owner, and no one may obtain the passport from you and that in the event of loss of the passport, the person who lost the passport shall write a report of losing his passport at the competent police station and take a statement of this from the police station and go to the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners Affairs in the emirate where he resides to extract a replacement passport.
