We would like to inform you that non-Bahrainis wishing to marry in Bahrain, or if one of the parties is non-Bahraini, provided that one or both spouses reside in the Kingdom may let a competent judge to conduct the marriage contracts in which one party is a Bahraini and the other is a foreigner, or the parties are foreign Muslims residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and ratify this contract. It is not possible for legal officials other than those have the rank of a judge to perform this task. In the event of marriage to non-Bahrainis, the following documents shall be available:
