We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Penal Code, selling it is a crime. As in regard to Human Trafficking and Organs Law No. 15 of 1993 regulates the removal of organs from a living or deceased person and transplanted them into another organism for the purpose of treatment, as well as clarifies the conditions for organ donation and the conditions for the removal of organs from a deceased person, and prohibits the sale and purchase of organs. The provisions of this law shall be imprisonment and a fine not exceeding 30 thousand dirhams or one of these two penalties.
Note that the penalty shall be doubled in case of repetition within two years from the date of the first crime of execution of the final sentence.
