My Emirates card is lost, can you find it?

If your inquiry is related to the loss of your ID card, you will need to extract a replacement for lost ID card and follow these procedures:

Submit a replacement request through the service channels (typing offices, the electronic form on the website of the Authority, the smart application of the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality, the main happiness centers of the customers requesting the immediate system).

Submission of the original required valid documents:

- Passport
- UAE Residence

Make sure you have a record and an ID number.

The use of the declaration of loss in the system at the Population Register station (the purpose of this feature is to announce the loss or theft of the card in order to cancel the card and issue a replacement for lost, in case the customer goes directly to the Customer Happiness Center, in case the lost card is requested to be replaced with a new card with the same validity period as the old one).

Taking fingerprint, photo and signature is mandatory in the replacement process.

 

Pay the fees.

In case of applying for the service within the Customer Happiness Center, an immediate service 150 AED will be charged in addition to the required service fees.
