This answer is for Pakistani husband who divorced in Bahrain to his wife with children he is responsible for all the consicuences?2. For divorce by mutual consent after receiving the required documents, the Sharia court secretariat will open a file and schedule a hearing on the application.
The parties or their agents must appear before the bench on the day of the hearing.
After the hearing is over, the judge issues a decision on the application. The decision is issued in Arabic only, which can be viewed on the Sharia Courts website.
The litigants will receive original copies of the decision, certified by the court seal, by mail or at the secretariat of the Sharia court in which the decision was taken.
As for divorce without the consent of one of the parties, it is not completed until after the court tries to reconcile between them

Thank you so much, plz tell after the complaint is made to police by the wife in bahrainand both the sides are called to police then police says that the file is submitted to the court how to know what happens because the husband gave and confirmed divorce through police too???

If a Pakistani wife complains to police about her husband and his mother then polices calls and also says to Pakistani wife go to the cout ur file is sent to court after ur husband divorces. So what to do next for the wife?
