I'm a nurse and just got my US visa, it expires by November 7 but my contract with the current employer in UAE will end by end of November. I have 25 days leave credits but the employer is not allowing me to use it. What is the best thing to do

The UAE Labor Law stipulates that
Without prejudice to the worker's acquired rights for the period preceding the effective date of the provisions of this decree.
