Hi mam,have a good day...may I ask about my visa immigration...I'm working in private company Qasr Juice Kalba ,the shop is already closed last March 20,2022 and they my labour already cancel last Aug.1,2022....but until now my visa immigration still not cancelled...please mam help me ,what I will do....my employeer is in India right now....I go already in tasheel,labour , immigration but still nothing happen...please help me ...

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
