In the case your Emirates ID card IS lost, then you should review the (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship) https://ica.gov.ae/
and request the issuance of a new ID card. You are recommended do the following:
Report the loss of the ID card
Request to issue a replacement one
Pay the fees
The lost identity card will be deactivated, and a certificate stamped with your identity data will be issued. Then the card will be extracted with the same remaining validity period of the lost card within 48 hours.
