We would like to inform you that if the sponsor filed a complaint against the worker for his absence from work without right, so  there are several criteria may be based on to prove that the absconding report is made without right, including, but not limited to the following:

1) The sponsor shall register the communication after the worker has filed a complaint against him with the Labor Office
2) The sponsor's registration of the absence report after the worker has submitted the application for transfer of the sponsorship
3) The sponsor assigns the worker specific work after submitting a report of absenteeism

You may remove the malicious report by filing an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs

 It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide that If you are deported from the UAE, you may enter again after submitting an application for permission to the Minister of the Interior. You may not enter the State until they have approved the permission.

The application shall include all data relating to the previous residence or residence in the country, the reasons for the deportation and the circumstances that followed, and may justify the authorization to enter the country again.

The application shall be accompanied by all the necessary supporting documents in this regard.

Article 91:

A foreigner who has been expelled from the country, in regard to article 23 from the law, refer that he can’t enter the country unless he has a permission from the Minister of Interior, in accordance to article 28 from the law.

 Article 92

1. The application for special permits referred to in Article 91 of this Regulation shall be submitted to the Naturalization and Residency Administration, which is competent to receive an application for a permit or visa, provided that the application includes all data relating to the previous residence or residence in the country and reasons for deportation and the circumstances that followed. To enter the country again, and attached to the request all the necessary documentation in this regard.

2. After completing the necessary procedures, the papers shall be submitted to the competent authority. The application for a visa or entry permit may only be decided upon after the issuance of such authorization
