A court of first instance decision on a criminal case has issued "guilty" judgement on funds embezzelment, filed by my current company. A fine has been set, and all is paid one day after judgment has been given. Now, there is an appeal by prossecution. How long this process can last considering there is a travel ban imposed on me? Am I able to lift it during appeal? Am I able to get my labour rights and benefits which company owes to me till the day I was suspended? This case is open in January 2022. Already lasting for 9 months. Appreciate your reply!
