Hi, I'm working in a company since April from then they didn't pay my salary. When I asked they say we will pay. But recently i came to know that they have illegally done the salary transfer in some exchange by paying 25 dirham per employee. What should I do and what will be the action against employer

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
