We would like to inform you that the amnesty decision stipulates that the violations imposed on non-citizen residents who have overstayed their stay in the country without renewing it shall be lifted, and a fine shall not be paid for the violation, as:
Allowing non-citizen residents to leave the country after the prescribed period without marking them as “No Entry” in their passports.
Non-national residents who are looking for job opportunities in the UAE and did not find and exceed the period allowed for them, a new visa will be provided to them for a period of 6 months only, after which they must leave the country.
As for the non-national residents who entered the country illegally, they will be given the opportunity to leave the country within the specified period and without fines, but they will receive a sign that they are not allowed to enter the UAE for a period of two years.
The decision to pardon violators in the UAE 2022 is only related to violations of non-renewal of the period of residence or illegal entry only and not any other violations, and this decision does not exempt residents from any other violations of their rights and they will be held accountable for them.
