His work visa is limited to the employment contract and its validity, and therefore the original and according to the Labor Law, to grant a copy of the employment contract in accordance with the provisions of Article (35), taking into account what is stipulated in Article (2)
Article (35):
Subject to the provisions of Article 2, an employment contract shall be written in duplicate, with one copy to be delivered to the worker and the other to the employer. In the absence of written contract, adequate proof of its terms may be established by all admissible means of evidence.
If the employer refused, then you can go to the labor office and file a complaint to force the employer to grant you a copy of the contract.

My company they want stop duty 22 September but I want until SEP last ,my visa expiry date 24oct and also Emirates Id,and labour card 7 Oct I want know in labour until when I can work pls

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE law and with the closure of the facility you work for, we advise against signing and resigning, especially as the employer is obliged to pay you compensation for the remaining period in the contract.
Article 115 stipulate that:
Where an employment contract is for a definite term and the employer revokes it for reasons other than those specified in Article (120) he shall be required to compensate the worker for any damage the latter sustains, provided that the amount of compensation shall in no case exceed the aggregate wage due for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
It also the law forces to give you NOC to change the employer and cancel the visa for the purposes of transferring the sponsorship legal position to you is good and it seems that the employer is trying to harm your rights to discharge its responsibility for you later.
We advise not to sign and in case of closure of the facility you can submit a complaint and claim all your rights as explained to you
