Please which court can I report an abuse of my right by a public institution like the university of Malmo in Sweden

I reported the case to the parliamentary ombudsman and the Chancellor of justice and also to the administration court of Malmo, the parliamentary ombudsman has not taken any legal actions, the administration court of Malmo has not taken any legal actions but the Chancellor of justice has not taken a stance

I sucured an admission offer in Malmo university, paid fees, university housing and incured alot of expenses in line with the demands of the university , I was later denied residence permit and the university made just a partial refund of my money spent,no refund of housing fee. Infact I lost millions in francs CFA. I have all the receipt and emails , bank transactions.

As long as you filed a lawsuit regarding the university’s refusal to enroll you or refund your money, yet a ruling was not issued in your favour, in this case, you must assign a lawyer to follow up on the matter and see the merits of the court’s ruling and whether there is an opportunity to appeal the ruling or not, as you have no opportunity to solve the problem Only through the judiciary, or you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Education
