Compliments, please if a travel agency cancelled my the visa they issued for me without my consent and after I've booked a to and from on getting to the airport I was told that my visa was cancelled also my tickets was cancelled and was refunded to the person that booked the tickets but he denied

We would like to inform you that you can contact the company and solve the problem through them. If a solution is not reached, a complaint can be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism in UAE. If you paid money and it was not refunded to you, a fraud complaint against the airline can be filed through the police department or the Public Prosecution and request the punishment of the persons responsible for it. And request a refund of your money from them and compensation for any damage caused to you.
