There are several reasons for refusing a visa, as follows:
The application for a visa to enter the UAE may be rejected for applicants who have a previous criminal record for fraud or misconduct in the UAE or violation of the previous history.
If you have previously applied for a UAE tourist visa and have not used it, you will have to cancel it from the travel agency or sponsor in order to apply for a new UAE visa.
If you have applied for a business visa through a company in the UAE, but have not used it, your visa application is in process. To avoid repetition, please cancel the old visa.
If you had a UAE residence visa earlier and left the country without canceling it, the PR officer will have to cancel it and then apply for a new tourist visa.
If your visa application contains any typos in the name, passport number, occupation code and other details such as date of birth, passport issuance and expiration, the application may be delayed or rejected.
If the scanned copies of your passport or photo are blurred, the UAE Immigration Department may refuse or delay the process.
