Having a passport valid for at least six months
_You must be at least 21 years old
_The educational qualifications and experience certificates you hold must be identical to the profession for which they are recruited and recorded in the work permit, and the profession recorded in the passport must be identical to that.
The existence of a work contract with one of the companies or entities inside the Kingdom
Obtaining a certificate of passing a medical examination
It is required that you have a certificate of free precedents, good conduct and behavior
The Saudi residency system states that:
Article (2)
The entry of a foreigner into or out of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not considered lawful unless he holds a legal passport issued by the government of his country or a document that the government of the Kingdom considers to be in place of the passport. His document is an entry visa granted by the consular or diplomatic authorities of His Majesty’s government abroad, or an entry permit issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the event of a foreigner coming from a country where there is no representative of His Majesty the King’s government. Pilgrims coming from destinations that do not have embassies, commissions or consulates are excluded from the visa. To His Majesty's Government or whoever takes its place.
Article (11)
Sponsorship of the guarantor in all provisions of this system is final and there is no way to untie it unless another guarantor presents the same obligations and has the same satisfactory characteristics as the guarantor who is requesting dissolution. In the event that a new guarantor is not presented and the first guarantor insists on rescinding his sponsorship for strong reasons, the foreigner shall be suspended, wherever he is found, and ordered to leave within a period not exceeding one week.
