Article 21 of the law

Whoever trades or mediates for the purpose of trafficking in organs, parts thereof or human tissues shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than five years and not more than seven years and a fine of not less than five hundred thousand dirhams and not more than three million dirhams.

The court shall order the confiscation of funds derived from the crime
