What is the treatment of vaginal Herpes
Herpes simplex is a viral infection that affect mucus membranes of vagina and cause painful pimples and should be treated using Acyclovir 800 mg tab four times a day in addition to Acyclovir cream three times a day by local application over the affected area, consult a dermatologist for further follow up
Investigations
After proper physical exam, PCR should be done to look for viral particles
