Hello two peoples beat me the date of 9 th August and injured in eyes that time police arrested them and i admitted in hospital after my case is opened in court after i lost vision in my right eye and doctor said my optic nerve damaged and now medicine is going on and my company take the accused peoples in bail on the same day and they are going to job and may i know what's the next step my case and can i speed up the case

Article 337
Whoever willfully causes a permanent disability to another shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding seven years.

Whoever assaults the integrity of the body of another by any means, and the assault leads to a permanent disability without intending to cause it, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years, and the penalty shall be imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten years if one of the circumstances set forth in the second paragraph of Article (332) is present, or if The offender is under the influence of drunkenness or anesthesia, without prejudice to the provisions of Articles (60 and 61).
