Hi Maha,My employer has terminated my employment...
Hi Maha,My employer has terminated my employment contract on the basis of some fraudulent activities (I have taken my signed employment contract in original & some blank & stamped letter head though I haven't used them).If it's the case, am i entitled for any benefits? Or what will I get in terms of financial benefits?Regards,Mohd Ali

My employer is collecting money if they're sending some on exit or if someone resign, this was the only reason I have taken that paper to show as a proof to labor department

If you did not commit any act that constitutes a crime and you did not have any bad intentions while committing this act, then in this case you may claim all your rights from the employer
As your rights in the event of termination of work are to obtain a return ticket, obtain a certificate stating the duration of work for him, along with your own documents, and pay for the vacations that you did not obtain during work, and the end of service reward with the following controls:
