My iqama has expired and boss dont want to renew...

If the residence permit expires and the sponsor refuses to renew it, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources.
We also point out, that the employee's services are transferred directly without the consent of the current employer or waiting for the notice period when one of the following conditions is met:
1. In the event that the employee does not have a valid and documented contract with his facility
2. If the employee's work permit is not valid
3. If the employee's residency is not valid
4. If the employee has not received his salary for more than 60 days according to the wage protection system
5. If the employee has been in the Kingdom for 90 days without issuing a work permit
