We would like to inform you that if the adultery is proven against the wife, she will be punished with the crime of adultery.

The child will prove his parentage to his real father. He can stay with the mother or place in one of the care and nursing homes

Article 281

Anyone who has intercourse with a girl corrosively, or threat or by a stunt and who has completed the age of 16 years shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years, and the female who accepted this relationship gets punished with the same penalty

The penalty shall be life imprisonment or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years if the perpetrator was among those stipulated in the second paragraph of Article (279) of this law
